Us facilitem a continuació la informació rebuda de la fira sobre el programa d’activitats en línia (iniciatives, convencions, presentacions, entrevistes, tallers i propostes). El servei s’ofereix de forma gratuïta i està estrictament reservat als expositors inscrits a BCBF dels anys 2019, 2020 i 2021.
Aquest nou Programa d’Esdeveniments de l’Expositor funciona de la següent manera:
El 15 de maig rebreu una comunicació BCBF que us proporcionarà un enllaç personalitzat que us permetrà crear les vostres credencials per accedir a l’àrea dedicada del lloc web BCBF, on trobareu informació sobre com participar i les normes aplicables.
Del 17 al 31 de maig de 2021, podeu accedir a l’àrea dedicada on, mitjançant les credencials creades anteriorment, hauríeu d’emplenar el formulari de participació. Com a primer pas, se us demanarà que completeu i / o actualitzeu les dades de la vostra empresa i, a continuació, procediu a omplir els camps relatius a les iniciatives / esdeveniments que vulgueu incloure al Programa d’esdeveniments d’expositors, possiblement també carregant materials de documentació en PDF i l’enllaç pertinent perquè el visitant assisteixi a l’esdeveniment.
Tingueu en compte que cada expositor pot reservar un màxim de 4 espais per a esdeveniments (1 per dia).
Publicació i promoció: El programa d’esdeveniments d’expositors es publicarà al lloc web de BCBF el 4 de juny de 2021; Tot i això, totes les iniciatives del calendari d’esdeveniments de l’expositor romandran disponibles en línia fins al 31 d’agost de 2021. La iniciativa es promourà a través de tots els canals digitals i fora de línia de l’esdeveniment com a part integral de l’edició online de BCBF.

Dear Exhibitor,
We are pleased to inform you that during the Bologna Children’s Book Fair – Online Edition – to be held from 14 to 17 June – we will be activating and promoting our Exhibitor Events Programme – a new online section dedicated to initiatives, conventions, presentations, interviews, workshops, and proposals curated by our BCBF exhibitors – to be rolled out on our official web site.
The service is offered free of charge and is strictly reserved for exhibitors who are registered for BCBF 2019, 2020 and 2021.
How does the Exhibitor Events Programme work?
By 15 May, you will receive a BCBF communication giving a personalised link allowing you to create your credentials in order to access the dedicated area of the BCBF website where you will find information on how to participate and the applicable rules.
From 17 to 31 May 2021, you can access the dedicated area where, using the credentials created previously, you should fill in the Participation Form. As a first step, you will be asked to complete and/or update your company details and then proceed to fill in the fields regarding the initiatives/events you intend to include in the Exhibitors Events Programme, by possibly also uploading documentation materials in pdf and the relevant link for the visitor to attend the event.
Please note that each Exhibitor can book a maximum of 4 event slots (1 per day).Publication and promotion
The Exhibitor Events Programme will be published on the BCBF website on 4 June 2021; all the initiatives of the Exhibitor Events Calendar will, however, remain available online until 31 August 2021.
The initiative will be promoted through all the event’s digital and offline channels as an integral part of the BCBF online edition.We are sure you will find this initiative of interest, and will be happy to provide any information you may require.
